There will be a Snow Ball Dance for all eligible students, grades 5-8, on Tuesday, Dec. 3 from 3:30 – 5:00 PM in the MS cafeteria prior to the Boys “Busco game. Admission is $3 per person and only PH students can attend. Water and cookies/brownies will be provided at the dance. 

7/8 grade girls’ basketball tryouts/evaluations will be held December 9 – 11 from 3:30 – 5:30 PM in the MS gym.

6th grade girls’ basketball tryouts/evaluations will be held December 9 – 11 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM in the MS gym.

Sami Kauffman, a Sports Dietitian, will present the program “Maximizing Your Athletic Potential Through Food” NEXT Monday, Nov. 25, at 7:30 PM in the HS auditorium. This program will discuss basic sports nutrition, covering topics such as healthy eating on a budget (adding protein), in-season vs off-season meals and supplements and their place in an athlete’s diet. This program is open to any MS or HS athlete, parent and coach, as well as any interested community members.
